Within 500 metres you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach, Liscia Renè, is about a kilometre away, while the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Smeralda are within 5km.

Seven steps down lead to the lower level with a living room with a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm), a kitchen and a veranda. The charming apartment is ideal for couples or a family with two children. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom with a double bed and the living room. The fireplace cannot be used.
