Luxury Three Bedroom Town House Property with its own private hot tub.

Luxury Three Bedroom two Bathroom Town house The accommodation is located in The English Riviera resort town of Torquay in the South West of the UK. It is a five minute drive from the main harbour and town centre and is situated in the sought after leafy residential area of Wellswood. The area known as The English Riviera has a unique micro climate which keeps it remarkably mild when compared to other parts of Britain. It has been welcoming visitors for more than 100 years and has a wealth of attractions that stay open all year around.

The Town house is attached to the main building that hosts holiday apartments - but is entirely self contained. The accommodation is laid out over three floors and is therefore like a townhouse. It has a large family kitchen / diner at garden level. This area features a modern eye level electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a dining table which can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. There is also a TV. The kitchen also has a door onto a private terrace and garden. In the summer months we have large corner suite for guests to stretch out on and enjoy the sun. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of teas, coffees and milk etc.

A staircase from the kitchen leads up to the main living level which has a large sitting room with sofas and chairs where up to five people can spread out and relax in comfort. The room features original wooden shutters, antique furniture and original artwork.. On this level too is a formal dining room and a study area inspired by the Queen of Crime Agatha Christie who was born in Torquay. On the first floor are three bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed and a flat screen TV. It has a modern ensuite shower room and there are distant sea glimpses. The second bedroom has a bed that can be configured as a twin (two beds) or else as a super king (UK size 6 foot width). This bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is a single.

There is a family bathroom with a shower and separate bath. All bedding and towels are included in the rate and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change as well as light clean. We supply guests with a complimentary welcome pack of toiletries.

In the main building there is a communal laundry room which all guests are able to access. Here there are coin operated washers and dryers. We supply complimentary detergent. There are ironing facilities here too. The property has gas fired central heating for cooler periods of the year and we also provide additional electric heaters so that guests can have more heat at any time should they wish it. We are delighted to welcome well behaved pets into this accommodation and we have lots of dog information for guests. Extra charges do apply.

The property is surrounded by nearly an acre of mature gardens and the town house has the benefit of its very own private garden and terrace. Here there is luxury seating as well as a hidden jungle gazebo. There is a parking space for the town house and sometimes we can accommodate more than one car BUT this must be arranged in advance. There is plenty of on street parking immediately outside the property and there are no charges or restrictions.

The Town House has the added benefit of its own private hot tub set in the private garden for guests of the Town House only.

The immediate neighbourhood is the residential area of Wellswood. This is the most sought after residential area in the town and has at its heart Ilsham Road which is often known as Wellswood Village. This centre has a pub, post office, delicatessen, cafes, wine bar, bistro, hairdressers, patisserie, convenience store and so much more. All of these facilities are just a five minute walk from the accommodation. Furthermore, one of the key visitor attractions of the English Riviera is just a ten to fifteen minute walk away - Kent's Cavern.
