This lovely house, located just outside the village of Ingenio, is embedded in a finca of 10,000 square metres of floor area, which is dedicated for agricultural cultivation. The interior is a perfect combination of natural stone floors, wood panelling and warm colors. It consists of four bedrooms (2 double, 2 single), kitchen with dining area, and bathroom with shower and another bathroom with tub. The spacious living room has a fireplace and the beautiful, sheltered terrace with wooden garden furniture leads to another open terrace with sun loungers and barbecue area, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing!

    “In diesem Ferienhaus war leider im Bad und in einem Schlafraum Schimmel, der im Laufe der Woche immer stärker auftrat.
    Mir fiel gleich zu Beginn ein starker Putzmittelgeruch auf, womit ich sicher war, dass der Vermieter dieses Problem kennt.
    Das Haus ist ansonsten sehr schön in einem wunderschönen Garten eingebettet und liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes, der Ort ist jedoch fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
