    “Het is wat je wilt natuurlijk. De omgeving straalt vooral veel rust uit. Met de auto kun je heerlijke tochten maken. Hoewel de weggetjes niet zijn zoals wij dit zijn gewend, zijn ze toch wel goed berijdbaar. De meren zijn veelal omgeven door bossen. Je kunt hier fijn wandelen, maar ook gewoon op je gemak met de auto door rijden. Een omgeving om te onthaasten.”

    “Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Markt). Des weiteren ein herrliches Cafe namens "Rose". Dort konnte man herrlich Selbstgebackenes genießen (von salzig bis süß). Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Ort Somero selbst hat einige Kneipen und Restaurants, die viel Essen im amerikanischen Stil (Burger, Pommes, Gegrilltes) anbieten. Somero bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Städtetrips in jegliche Richtung (Rauma, Turku, Tampere, Helsinki sind nicht weit entfernt).”
