    “Malberg bietet ein wenig Infrastruktur, Mohrweiler selbst gar nichts. Am besten bringt man sich also alles mit und genießt das Grundstück, die Wälder und die Ruhe.”

    “Der Ort Marlberg ist ein verschlafenes kleines Örtchen, bei dem auch schon das ein oder andere Häuschen einen neuen Käufer sucht. Es war aber ruhig, bot zum Wandern vor Ort ausreichende Möglichkeiten und hatte zudem einen kleinen Dorfladen, bei dem man sich morgens Brötchen, aber auch alles Lebensnotwendige (Kaffee, Milch Butter, Wurst usw.) holen konnte. (Bitte Brötchen in größerer Menge vorbestellen). Weitere Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka / Lidl) wie auch Apotheke usw. gab es im Nachbarort Kyllburg (1 km). Als Ausflugsziele können wir den Eifelpark, die Teufelsschlucht (wandern mit kurzen 1,8 km und langen Strecken aber sehr zu empfehlen) mit Dinopark, die Stadt Trier und wer es mag auch die Besichtigung der Bitburgbrauerei empfehlen. Mehr haben wir in einer Woche nicht geschafft.”
