    “Der Ort ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Wer weg möchte aus dem stressigen Alltag kann hier gut ausspannen. Es gibt vor Ort auch auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, bei dem auch Sonntags Brötchen zu bekommen sind. Zur tschechischen Grenze sind es nur ca. 1 km. Wir waren viel mit Fahrrad unterwegs und die Radwege sind super in Schuss. Nach Tschechien rüber, zum Ende des Moldaustausees, hatten wir durch den Wald (ca. 20 km) alles asphaltierte Straße, nur für Fußgänger und Fahrradfahrer. Auch ist die Umgebung für Wanderungen sehr ideal.”

    “Der Ort ist zwar nicht sonderlich zentral gelegen, er bietet jedoch für Ruhesuchende und Wanderfreudige sehr gute Möglichkeiten. Die ÖPNV-Verbindung ist in Bischofsreut selbst nicht sehr dicht, für spontane Besuche in der reizvollen Gegend z.B. im Nationalpark Bayrischer Wald oder im nahen Tschechien oder in den schönen Städten wie Passau und Waldkirchen/Freyung/Grafenau ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.”
