    “Carpin ligt heel gunstig. Met de auto zo'n 1,5 uur naar Berlijn, Stettin of de Oostzeekust.
    Het gebied heeft veel afwisseling: heuvels, bossen, meren, velden; stadjes, dorpjes, historische gebouwen. Allerlei dieren in de buurt. Kraanvogels, edel- en damherten, reeën, eekhoorns, kraanvogels, arenden, zwarte wouwen, ringslang.
    Winkels op zo'n 20 minuten rijden.
    Genoeg te kiezen op gastronomisch gebied op zo'n 20 minuten rijden.
    Natuurgebied Serrahn naast de deur met een hut om visarenden en zeearenden te spotten!!
    Geschikt om te fietsen, wandelen, zwemmen, kanoën etc.
    De tuin kan goed afgesloten worden, dus geschikt voor een kind of een hond.
