    “Die Lage ist sehr gut. Von der Bebauung nicht mit den schönen Altbauten der Altstadt vergleichbar, aber in einer guten Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Die Donauinsel ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zwei U-Bahnstationen sind direkt um die Ecke, ein Flughafenbus fährt auch in relativer Nähe ab (diesen haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt). Wer an Hop-on Hop-off-Bustouren interessiert ist, hat die Haltestellen beider großer Anbieter direkt vor der Tür. Supermärkte sind ausreichend vorhanden und füßläufig gut zu erreichen. Diverse Restaurants sind ebenfalls rundherum vorhanden, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
    Wir waren mit Kleinkind unterwegs und hatten nirgendwo Probleme. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug, U-Bahn und Donaudamm sowie Bücke sind entweder über Aufzüge oder Rampen erreichbar. Auch in Restaurants etc. hatten wir nie Probleme wegen Kinderwagen oder Kind.”
