    “Schräg über die Straße gibt es einen kleinen Dorfladen, in dem man sich mit grundlegenen Lebensmitteln (auch Brot und Brötchen), sogar Briefmarken versorgen kann. Umfassendere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in den umliegenden größeren Harz-Orten.
    Allrode ist relativ zentral gelegen, mit dem Auto sind Orte wie Thale und Hasselfelde gut zu erreichen. Mit der Kurkarte kann auch der Bus genutzt werden.”
