Spacious and charmingly furnished holiday house for up to ten people with a terrace and a grill in the garden

The holiday house is on a separate site in the quiet outskirts of town right by the forest. The duplex house was built in 1890 as a timber-framed structure. It was comprehensively modernized and newly renovated in 2013 to 2015. The duplex house comprises a holiday house on the left and a holiday apartment on the ground floor on the right, and two separate living and sleeping rooms with a bathroom on the upper floor.

All the windows afford a tranquil view of greener. There are wooden floorboards laid with laminate or linoleum. It is only the kitchen and the bathroom that are tiled. The duplex house has cable TV. Each room is equipped with a TV and radio. The house can be used all year round. It has gas heating that can usually only be used during the heating period from 1 October to 30 April. Bed linen, hand towels, shower towels, tea towels, electricity, gas and water are included in the rental price. A child’s bed and highchair can be provided on request. Please ask before arrival. Pets are welcome, also to be requested before arrival.

The holiday house has three big combined living and sleeping rooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. The living and sleeping room for two people (two supplementary beds possible) on the ground floor with two big windows is on the south side and has two senior beds (90 x 200cm), a bedside table, a fold-out sofa bed (140 x 190cm), a coffee table, an armchair, a cupboard wall with a real wood veneer, a wardrobe and a dining corner with an extendable table and six chairs. The kitchen has two windows, an oven with a ceramic hob, a sink, a big fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, an egg boiler, various pots, pans, glasses, crockery etc. The bathroom has two windows and was completely renewed in April 2020. Besides a washbasin, a WC, a towel radiator, and a big wall mirror there is now a huge family shower (1,60 x 0,90). Wooden stairs lead up to the upper floor with an open pantry kitchen with a fridge, a freezer compartment, a roof window, a sink, two cooking rings, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, various pans and crockery. The little bathroom has a skylight, a sitting bath with a shower, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. The second room for two people (supplementary bed possible) has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two bedside tables, a lounger (70 x 200cm), a two-seater with an armchair and coffee table, a wardrobe with a mirror and a big window with a blind on the south side. The third room for three people has sloping ceilings, so it is very romantic, two skylights, three single beds, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a sofa with a table and an armchair.

The sandy beach with finely powdered sand is 3km away and comprises a textile beach, a nudist beach and a dog beach. There is a children’s playground. About 800 metres away, in the centre of th little town, there is a beautiful market square surrounded by historical, carefully restored buildings, restaurants, shops. There are museums, a castle, a harbour and the St. Marienkirche nearby. Live concerts are held on the market square twice a week during the summer months. The animal park is also interesting with its monkey forest that you can walk around and a climbing forest. It is recommended to visit the Botanical gardens in Christiansberg, go on a raft or boat trip on the Uecker or a round trip of the Haff. Fishing, cycle tours on the well-developed cycle paths and riding at the nearby riding farms are also very popular. Many events are held at the Ueckerpark by the harbour during the summer months, e.g. Haffsail, open-air concerts, Haff days, a harbour festival etc. There is also a big children’s playground there. You can go on day trips to the island of Usedom, about 40km away by car or by ferry, as well as to the neighbouring country Poland.

The site is fully fenced. Bicycles, prams etc. can be stored in a barn building. The site totals 2300 m² which are partly mowed by a lawn robot. The site has an open and a roofed terrace with lighting, a water and electricity connection, camping furniture, sun loungers, a grill, a lawn and a sandpit and swing. A rotary dryer and pegs are available on site. You can park your car on site or on the car park opposite.

    “Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Ort zum verweilen, Sitzmöglichkeiten sind im Garten vorhanden, sie sind in die Jahre gekommen, vielleicht eine Anregung sie mal zu erneuern! Hier und da sind Reparaturen im Haus notwendig, es sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten Positiv: Das Haus mit dem großen Grundstück, war für unsere Kinder einladend zum spielen Negativ: Im Obergeschoss zu niedrige Türen und das Bad zu klein, für größere Menschen gewöhnungsbedürftig”

    “Das Ferienhaus gefällt uns sehr gut. Wir haben es für 4 Wochen gebucht. Es ist sehr funktional eingerichtet sogar mit Waschmaschine. Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet usw. Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Der große Garten ist sehr schön und das Grundstück hat eine sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Wald. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.”
