Die Anlage Parque Santiago II befindet in der ruhigsten und sonnigsten Zone von Playa de las Americas, dem Urlaubsparadies im Süden Teneriffas. Direkt an der so genannten 'goldenen Meile'.

Direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Playa de las Americas liegt dieses Apartment, in sehr zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem in ruhiger Wohnlage in der wohl beliebtesten Ferienanlage im Süden Teneriffas. Die Anlage verfügt über einen großen Pool mit einer sehr gepflegten und schön angelegten Gartenanlage. Außerdem gibt es einen Kinderpool, eine Poolbar sowie eine Cafeteria, wo man auch einen kleinen Snack für zwischendurch essen kann.
Innerhalb der Anlage gibt es Bars, Restaurants, ein Poolbillard-Shop, sowie mehrere Friseurstudios.

Vom Balkon haben Sie einen traumhaften Ausblick zum Meer und über die Geschäftsstraße, die mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zum Shoppen und Bummeln einlädt. Dennoch ist die Lage relativ ruhig.
Genießen Sie die gepflegte Umgebung bei einem Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade, die mehrere Kilometer lang ist und bummeln Sie an den schönsten Boutiquen und Geschäften vorbei. In der Umgebung finden Sie einige der angesagtesten Restaurants der Insel. Zum Fischer- und Fährhafen von Los Cristianos spazieren Sie über die Promenade in ungefähr 10 Minuten. Die Anlage ist einer der besten Plätze Teneriffas für einen Strand- und Badeurlaub.

Alle Golfplätze sind innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächste Golfplatz ist nur ca. 600 Meter entfernt (Playa de las Americas Golfcourt).
Auch der größte Wasserpark Europas - der Siam-Park - ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, ebenso der Aqua-Park, der Jungle-Park und der Parque Las Aguilas (ein Adlerpark oberhalb von Chayofa).

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, and toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is available via Wi-Fi free of charge. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.

The Duplex Parque Santiago 2 is a terraced house on two floors and is situated in a well maintained complex overlooking the sea and the beautiful beach of Las Americas. The pool is heated in winter and located just a few steps outside the apartment. All shops, restaurants, hair salons, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The property has two bedrooms upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a modern living room. The highlight of the two terraces. From the upper terrace you have an indirect sea views on two sides and a fantastic view to the pool. The terraces have a seating area and sun loungers. The cozy living area features a living room with leather sofa and a dining corner, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo.

The Parque Santiago II is located in the quietest and sunniest areas of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Located directly on the so-called 'Golden Mile'.Directly on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas is located this apartment, in a very central location, but still in a quiet residential area in the most popular resort in southern Tenerife. The complex has a large pool with a very well kept and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is also a children's pool, a pool bar and a cafeteria where you can eat a small snack between meals.Within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a snooker shop, and several hair salons.From the balcony you have a fantastic view to the sea and on the commercial street that invites with its many restaurants and shops for shopping and strolling. Nevertheless, the situation is relatively calm.Opulent surroundings during a walk along the beach promenade, which is several kilometers long and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. In the surroundings you will find some of the trendiest restaurants on the island. For fishing and ferry port of Los Cristianos you can stroll along the promenade in about 10 minutes. The plant is one of the best places of Tenerife for a beach holiday.All golf courses are within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is just 600 meters away (Playa de las Americas Golf Court).Even the largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is only a short drive away, as the aqua park, the Jungle Park and the Parque Las Aguilas (eagle park above Chayofa).

The apartment is ideal for swimming and beach holidays, even for a longer stay, it is ideally suited. The plant has a very nice pool area. The sunbeds around the pool are available at an additional charge. At the pool there is also a bistro for snacks and ice in between (surcharge).

    “we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property & security.I don't think it has been rented out for a good few months. The floor was dusty to walk on and there was dust everywhere. We called our contact, Christina, to ask to have the floor washed, which she did send, but only washed the lounge area, not the bathroom or bedrooms.The bath towels smelt, so we had to wash them ourselves along with two dirty pillows (didn't look at them all) There was no instructions for the washing machine. The induction hob didn't work. Not sure if it was the wrong saucepans or there is a fault with it. Although the fridge worked, the door was rusty all over. The water in shower tray filled to nearly the top of the tray so we had to take the plug out, if it wasn't put back a strong smell came up from the drains. There was no protectors on the mattresses or pillows. The patio, table, chairs & sunbeds were filthy, everything had to be washed down. The most important thing was the security on the patio doors. We couldn't lock them, they supplied a bar to stop the doors from opening. The wooden slat doors had a hook, that wasn't good, luckily the apartment blocks are secured by key. The photos of the apartment seem to be quite old photos. They don't show rust on the fridge, a different sofa and dining table & chairs scratched, the walls were dirty. The whole apartment could do with decorating. This apartment should of been cleaned again if it hasn't been used for sometime.We will not be recommending this apartment to anyone.”
