In the center of the old town of Vrbnik is situated this modernly furnished holiday apartment which extends over three floors. On the ground floor are a bedroom and a bathroom while on the first floor is the kitchen with dining area. On the top floor are the living room and a magnificent terrace. Due to the good location you can reach the sea in a few minutes walk. Especially recommended is a visit to the excellent restaurants and wineries, as the place is known for its wines and sparkling wines. Make a day excursion to the world famous and about 2 km long beach in Baška.

    “Die Wohnung ist mit allem und sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung über drei Etagen ist eigentlich genial. Allerdings befindet sich das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und hat kein Fenster. Die Lüftung schafft es nicht, die Feuchtigkeit in Gänze zu beseitigen (Schimmel im Bereich der Dusche).
    Im Nachbarhaus, direkt angrenzend an die Wohnung, fanden Bauarbeiten statt (Bohrhämmer / Hiltis). Auf Anfrage bei der Vermieterin kam nur der Hinweis, dass es in Kroatien normal sei, dass ab September lärmende Arbeiten in dieser Form stattfinden. Lediglich die Sommermonate seien dagegen geschützt. Letztendlich haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht und außerhalb der Lärmzeiten die schöne Dachterrasse genutzt.”

    “Klein, aber fein, über 3 Etagen verteilt. Eingang im Haus im 1. OG. Das Schlafzimmer im EG ist etwas lauter, solange an der Engstelle der einspurigen Nebenstraße vor dem Fenster Fahrzeuge und Fußgänger unterwegs sind. Ansonsten besticht die FeWo durch Ihre Dachterrasse und Ihre Nähe zur nächsten Bucht. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Das Objekt war einwandfrei und sauber.”
