The big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private, sunny balcony furnished with a table and chairs. You can retreat here with a good book and enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the bay and the sea.

This generous 98m² holiday apartment with air-conditioning (cool/warm) throughout occupies the whole top floor of the villa. It consists of a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open, built-in kitchen, two bedrooms and two very modern bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa and two stylish designer armchairs, a glass coffee table, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall (cable and satellite channels, USB port, DVD player), a stereo system and an open fireplace. Plenty of firewood is provided. There is an adjoining dining space with a dining table and four chairs. Right next door there is a fully-equipped, white and glossy kitchen, with only the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, while the other has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. From the beds you can admire the extensive view over the bay and the sea. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for another person. Of the two bathrooms, one has a spacious shower cubicle and one has a corner bath and shower attachment, and they both have a washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet. A washing machine and free and reliable wireless Internet access are available. If you arrive by car then there is a secure parking space right in front of the villa.
