Nice Holiday House in Plougastel-Daoulas with Private Parking

The holiday house is in a little hamlet near Brest, in a quiet location only about 500 metres from the sea.

You can enjoy the lovely green garden in the outdoor area, and admire it from the terrace, where you can sunbathe on the garden furniture or enjoy a quiet end to the day. You can park in front of the house.

The holiday house of around 90m² has two floors and can accommodate five people. The ground floor has a living room, a kitchen-diner with a dining table, a bedroom with a single bed and a separate WC. You can make yourselves comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV in the living room. You can dine in the big kitchen-diner, which is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has stairs leading up to the first floor, where you can find two further bedrooms and the bathroom with a washbasin and bath. The first bedroom has a double bed , while the second has two single beds. All the rooms have electric radiators and the bathroom has a towel radiator. Wireless Internet access is available. A cot can be provided on request.

The house is ideal for discovering Brittany with all its beautiful facets. The beach and the sea are only about 500 metres away, where you can go on lovely walks or on a boat trip to the nearby islands Pointe Saint Mathieu, Ile Vierge etc. There is a lot to see in Brest, such as the castle and the big Océanopolis aquarium. The nearest town with shops and restaurants is about 6km away.

    “Für uns war die Region, das Ferienhaus und dessen Lage ideal. Positiv: Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Weiler, ausserhalb des Ortes im Grünen. Man kann dort wunderbar kleinere Velotouren und Spaziergänge unternehmen. Das Meer hört man vom Schlafzimmer aus rauschen und bis zum nächsten Strand (Kies) sind es zu Fuss keine Zehn Minuten. Die Vermieter sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
