This spacious 58m² holiday apartment is within walking distance of the blue Adriatic in the picturesque little fishing village of Jadranovo in the sunny Kvarner Bay, an ideal place for a relaxing seaside holiday far away from tourist noise.
The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 1989, with a total of three apartments. The two on the upper floor are let out as holiday apartments, while the lower floor is occupied by the owner. The apartment was completely renovated just recently in 2015 and provides all the necessary modern comfort for a pleasant stay, including air conditioning in all the rooms. It is accessed up outdoor stairs and has its own separate entrance, ensuring privacy. The apartment consists of a living room, a separate kitchen with a dining space, a bedroom and a modern bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and satellite TV. Next to it there is the white built-in kitchen equipped with a stove with two gas and two electric rings, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and even a coffee machine. There is also a big dining table with six chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (150 x 200cm) and the sofa in the living room can be converted into another double bed (140 x 200cm). Another single bed for a child (90 x 200cm) can be provided by the owner on request. The tiled bathroom is fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. There is a washing machine and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in your apartment can be used free of charge.
The living room opens onto the private, sunny balcony furnished with a table and chairs. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the sea from here. Down in the enclosed garden there is a traditional stone grill, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. There is also a convenient outdoor shower. If you arrive by car then you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house.
Your holiday apartment is about 150 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. Children will enjoy the generous playground. It is about 200 metres to the nearest cafes and restaurants, and there are shopping facilities in the centre of the little fishing village of Jadranovo, about 800 metres away.
