Terrace apartment with a panoramic view and a shared garden
The holiday apartment is quietly situated in the hilly surroundings of Carmine, part of Cannobio. Owing to the elevated location, it affords a wonderful panoramic view of the lake.
The ground-floor apartment has a kitchen with an electric hob, fridge and various accessories, a living room with a dining table, a sofa and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 220cm) and the bathroom with a bath was recently renovated. All the rooms have air conditioning/heating. The apartment has free wireless Internet access.
The apartment has a terrace and a partially fenced garden. A parking space is available on site. Small pets are allowed.
You can also share use of the garden of around 400m², which belongs to the owner’s restaurant. It has deckchairs and parasols and is right by the lake, with access to the beach. The apartment can only be accessed along a private, relatively narrow mountain road.
There are shops in the locality about 3km away, and you can find a beach, cafés and restaurants about 500 metres away.
