Holiday Apartment in Deich- Und Sielrott with Generous Terrace

This idyllic holiday apartment is quietly situated in Neßmersiel. It is at ground level, has its own entrance and terrace, as well as a big garden. Dogs are also welcome here, as they also deserve a time out.

The living space of around 45m² comprises a generous living and sleeping room, a kitchen unit, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room provides a sitting corner, satellite TV (Streaming via Prime video) and a stereo system. There is also a double bed (160 x 200cm). The spacious kitchen unit includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove, a cooker hood, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a window. There is also a separate toilet. Fly screens are fitted in the windows and doors. Smokers are also welcome, which is unusual nowadays. Smoking is permitted.

The generous terrace of around 100m² with roofed free seat, garden furniture and lawns is for the exclusive use of guests at this holiday apartment. The terrace is fenced and meanwhile also a big piece of land adjacent to it. It is possible to park by the house.

Free Internet access and a fixed-line telephone is available, free of charge. A supplementary bed for toddlers can be provided on request. The owner offers a garage for parking motorbikes free of charge. Fishing enthusiasts can obtain permits for suitable waters. There is a freezer in the apartment for storing your catch, as well as a smoking oven. An information folder in the apartment provides additional information for an enjoyable stay.

You can do shopping, visit a café or restaurant in Neßmersiel. You can also go on hikes and cycle tours. It is about two kilometres to the beach and the sea.

    “Eine mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt, übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Der überdachte Sitzplatz mit Tisch, einer Bank, Stühlen samt Polsterauflagen, ein kleiner Grill und die eingezäunte Hundewiese sind noch ein weiteres Highlight. Mensch und Hund fühlen sich hier ,,pudelwohl''. Die Vermieter lassen keinen Wunsch offen und haben immer ein offenes Ohr.

    “alles war super für ein bis zwei personen sehr geeignet.uns hat es an nichts gefehlt,kommen gerne zum nächsten urlaub wieder. Positiv: trotz der nähe zur hauptstrasse sehr ruhig.nette vermieter die einem einen angenehmen urlaub bescheren.das studio war sehr sauber.”
