Elegant Apartment in Krk with Private Terrace

This is a comfortable holiday apartment with a private terrace at the heart of the town of Krk on the island of the same name, which is connected to the mainland by the Krk Bridge. You can benefit from a central location amidst the historical and popular holiday town within walking distance of amenities and sights. A narrow access leads to the quietly situated entrance.

The kitchen opens onto the private terrace with many flower pots. There is comfortable terrace furniture for meals outdoors. A private parking space is available near the car-free centre, about 500 metres away.

The apartment renovated in 2011 and classified as four-star provides 50m² of living space and comprises a cosy living room with an integrated kitchen-diner with a modern design, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with a WC. Many paintings ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the elegant apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (16 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps. After a day trip you can relax on the pull-out sofa in the living room, which can be used as a bed for two children (140 x 200cm). The flatscreen TV with a USB port provides entertainment in the evening. On the way to the kitchen you go past the dining space with four high-backed chairs, inviting you to enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen enables convenient self-catering with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with a four-ring hob and oven, a coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a WC and a washbasin with a wall cupboard and illuminated mirror. Air conditioning, fans and free wireless Internet access are provided.

Within 70 metres there are cafés, restaurants, bars and a supermarket awaiting your visit. The Krk market square is also just 60 metres away. The beach is 100 metres away, where you can find further gastronomy and water sports facilities along the harbour promenade.

The special feature of this apartment is that it is rented in a package together with a motorboat. Renting the apartment without the boat is not possible. The boat is already included in the rental price. Please note: A boat license is required. The boat has a 50 hp Yamaha engine. The berth is about 200 meters from the apartment. The berth and a liability insurance are also included in the rental price.
