Holiday house by the lake on a little complex with a riding and pony farm
This house built in 2008 is on a little holiday house estate with 12 further houses by a beautiful little moor lake in Twist/Niedersachsen, not far from the border with the Netherlands.
The house provides around 92m² of living space for a maximum of eight people. It has four spacious bedrooms on two floors. The lower floor has a modern, open built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining space. A big terrace adjoins the living room with a comfortable suite and a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom on the lower flor with a shower and a luxury whirlpool is light and generous. There is also a separate guest WC. There is another bathroom with a shower on the upper floor.
The garden of around 500m² right by the lake provides ample space for your four-legged friends or children, or simply relaxing in our sun loungers. Enjoy the lovely view and the peace and quiet. Let yourself be enchanted by nature. The lake spans around 12,000m² and invites you to go swimming or for a little tour in a dinghy.
Please note that the site is not enclosed. The house was renovated in June 2015.
There is a riding and pony farm on this complex, where you can go riding or keep your own horse during your stay. The farm has a playground, a small animal zoo, a playing paradise for children and a farmhouse café.
