The structure is on three levels. On the ground floor there is a bright living area composed of a living room with double sofa bed and armchair bed with direct exit to a wide porch, kitchen with direct exit to a large equipped pergola, laundry area with small gym corner, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a bright living area composed of living room with fireplace and tv area with direct access to a panoramic terrace, equipped kitchen, two wide double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobe, one of these with en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, a wide bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Through an open staircase you reach the upper floor composed of a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, wide bedroom with two single beds with panoramic terrace, kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

FABRIANO
Fabriano is one of the widest and richest territories set in the heart of Le Marche at the foot of the Apennines. It is surrounded by a green landscape and pristine nature perfectly combined with its architecture, art and history. This land, marked by past history signs, offers its visitors many different activities: visits to the small villages, abbeys, castles, ancient walls, roads and bridges. The history of these places and their people is everywhere: from the Roman settlements of the archaeological park of Sentinum, to the finding of the Golden Bronzes dating back to the I cent. a.d, the centuries-old history of the Monastery of Fonte Avellana – an oasis of peace and spirituality, to the enchanting beauty of the massifs of Monte Cucco and Monte Catria.

In 1984 the city of Fabriano founded the Museum of Paper and Watermark set in the beautiful monumental complex of S. Domenico. It is a public museum which can be defined as "alive" and "interactive", because besides providing information about the world of paper and giving house to works and artists, it offers different leasure activities. We can also find the Museum of Historical Piano and Sound, the Art Gallery, the Museum of Crafts in Bicycle, the Theatre Gentile, the Mayor Palace with the Surinalto Fountain and numberless churches and cloisters.
EVENTS AND FESTIVALS
The Palio of San Giovanni Battista takes place every year usually around the middle of June and ending on the day celebrating the Patron of Fabriano on June the 24th, with the Hammer Challenge, during which four blacksmiths - one for each district - compete in forging a key, which will trigger a mechanism that should make the door banner rising in the shortest time possible. Besides the Hammer Challenge, there are other historical commemorations during this event, such as the Medieval Villages, representing scenes of medieval life, the Historical Parade, the Popular Games which include tug of war competition, running with stilts, running with pitchers, game of the bracelet and race with "carioli". Then there is the Tournament of the Archers, many exhibitions, performances, religious ceremonies and the realization of floral displays, which are usually exposed in churches or cloisters. Moreover, since 1999 it was also introduced the Palio dei Monelli, which takes place on the second to last evening on June the 23rd and involves children under the age of 14.
