Garden house with direct access to the lake
This holiday house is in Oliveto Lario in the Vassena district, right by the lake. Bellagio is a 10-minute drive away.
The house by the lake is private, family-run accommodation, suitable for four people. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. A children’s bed is available on request. There is a living and dining room. A dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer are available. The bathroom has a bath, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. Towels are provided, so you do not need to bring your own.
There is a roofed, generous terrace of around 25m² adjoining the apartment. You can share use of the fenced garden, which provides direct access to the lake. The grill area right by the lake is also for shared use. A parking space is provided. Pets are welcome on request.
The lake is only 20 metres away. There are cafés and restaurants 3km away and shopping facilities 5km away.
Note: the holiday accommodation is in a village right by the lake, so a car is strongly recommended for getting round.
