This modern, ground-level holiday house is in a quiet area on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula in the region of Labin-Rabac that is very popular with tourists.



The house built in 2015 has 114m² of living space. It provides three tastefully furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room and a fully-equipped, modern kitchen. Two of the three bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. These two bedrooms each have a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and toiletries. The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 180cm, which can be joined together if required. This bedroom has a beautiful distant view of the Ucka mountains. All the bedrooms have comfortable bed linen. The third bathroom has a bath, a toilet and a washing machine. The living room with a dining space is spacious and very light. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for two adults (on request). The dining space is ideal for enjoying Mediterranean meals together. The kitchen, which is open and adjoins the dining space, is equipped with the latest technology and quality fittings and comprises a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Next to the kitchen there is also a storage room. The interior of the house combines a summery feeling with a maximum of comfort.



The 32m² swimming pool is surrounded by an 80m² terrace with deckchairs inviting you to sunbathe. As the swimming pool can be heated using solar pannels (the possibility of rising temperature is up to 4 degrees max.), you can also relax in it in spring or in autumn. The pool is accessed by means of several steps. There is an outdoor shower. The living room opens onto a terrace, which is roofed and has seating for eight people and a grill. You can enjoy a grill evening looking out over the pool and the garden with olives and roses. There is nothing better in the evening than to enjoy a glass of Istrian wine on the terrace or by the illuminated pool and observe the stars. Children can have fun there as well. The holiday house is on an enclosed site. There are parking spaces for four cars.



The holiday home is ideal for one or two families with children or for a group of friends. There is a safe deposit box as well. There is a free wireless Internet connection throughout the house. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room and one in the hallroom.

A special emphasis has been put on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols as requested by the national labal of safety - Stay Safe!



The location of the holiday house at the heart of the Labin peninsula is ideal. You can get to several beaches and many hidden bays in less than ten minutes. The owner is happy to share advice and tips. There are restaurants, bars and shops about 3km away. Most of the well-known Istrian towns such as Pula, Porec, Rovinj or Opatija are 40 minutes away by car.

    “Ein superschönes gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool, Außenbereich ist ringsum eingezäunt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt.
    Die Lage ist fern vom Trubel, genau richtig zum Relaxen und entspannen, zum Meer und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind es nur wenige Fahrminuten.
    Was wir auch toll fanden, dass der sehr nette Vermieter, nebenan wohnt. Wir konnten ihn
    jederzeit erreichen, und er konnte uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurants geben.
    Wir, mein Mann, beide Kinder (17 +13) und ich würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.”

    “Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was man braucht.
    Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass es auch für oder mit dem Vierbeiner sehr entspannt ist.
    Der sehr nette Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan, was aber keinesfalls ein Nachteil ist, da er gerne Geheim Tipps verrät und auch sonst sehr hilfsbereit ist.
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Meer und Restaurants sind nach wenigen Kilometern zu erreichen.
    Wir würden wieder buchen”
