Bright holiday villa with modern furnishings, a private pool and a large garden, only a few minutes from the beach

The detached villa, built in the year 2013, is located in a residential neighbourhood outside of the town centre of Alcudia, near the coast. The house can accommodate up to ten people on 220 m², spread over two floors. It is ideal for families with children.

The highlight of the property is the refreshing pool with a ladder and the partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The 500 m² property is planted with local plants and palm trees. A barbecue is also at your disposal.

The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a flat screen television with satellite reception and a DVD player and is located on the ground floor. Integrated into the living room, is the modern, open plan kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with an additional dining table, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and a naturally lit bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (0.90 x 1.90 m). A staircase leads to the top floor, where you will find an additional two double bedrooms, each furnished with a 1.80x 2.00 meter bed. Both boast an en suite bathroom with a shower tub (one is a Jacuzzi tub), a sink, a toilet and a window. One of the bedrooms on the top floor has access to the balcony, which offers views of the mountains and the famous walls of Alcudia, which are lit up at night. The house also wireless internet access free of charge. Up to four children's cots and two high chairs are available upon request.

It is only 80 meters to the Mediterranean and the sandy beach. Easily accessible on foot. It is about 800 meters into the town centre of Alcudia. Alcudia is well-known for its old town and its Mallorquin restaurants. We recommend a visit to the weekly Sunday market. It is about 3 km by car to Pollença, where you will find more restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife.

    “Das Haus ist wunderschön, hat genügend Platz für 10 Personen, es ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet Positiv: Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Pool ist toll und es war sehr sauber geputzt Negativ: Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 15-20 Min in die Altstadt Restaurant: Bodega Ca'n Pantina - authentisches Restaurant, sehr schön eingerichtet, Essen sehr lecker - vor allem die Tapas und Paella sehr zu empfehlen, Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend Ausflüge: Badebuchten - wunderschöne Badebuchten, leider einige Quallen im Wasser - dafür umgeben von malerisch schönen Klippen, türkisblaues Wasser”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht. Schöner kleiner Pool für die Abkühlung zwischdurch . Die Lage zur Altstadt ist gut ca. 15 -20 min. zu Fuß. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war gut. Der Preis vielleicht etwas hoch.”

    “Huset skiljde sig ganska mycket från de på bilderna. Det fanns tre likadana hus där ett var kraftigt extra utrustat. Huset vi bodde i vår helt okej men en liten besvikelse när man först kom in då man väntade sig lyx men möttes av standard”
