Two well-equipped holiday houses, on a farm and with many fishing possibilities nearby

These two holiday houses are on a detached forest far right by a river teeming with fish, running from a lake about 1200 metres away.

Residents at both houses have the right to fish in the lake, the river and two other lakes. A canoe and a rowing boat are included in the rental price. Pets have to be announced and approved, as there are animals running around freely on the farm. The nearest neighbour, a farmhouse with cows, sheep and horses, is about 300 metres away on the other side of the river. It is five kilometres to the nearest villages, Håcksvik and Sjötofta. The site has two holiday residences and a main house, which the owner lives in. You can park your car right in front of the corresponding house.

The nearest lake with fishing rights is about 800 metres away through the forest. The nearest swimming lake with a sandy beach and a jetty is about 2km away and is also suitable for small children.

The nearest shopping facilities are in the towns of Svenljunga, Tranemo and Gislaved, all about 25km away, where you can also find restaurants, leisure facilities and information points about all the places of interest and activities for holiday in the region. It is about 110km to Göteborg, about 100km to Jonköpping and Halmstad, and about 60km to Borås.

Holiday house with three bedrooms and German satellite TV

The ground floor measures around 65m² and consists of a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, and a built-in kitchen with cooking rings, an oven, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer. The dining table and chairs are in the same room. There is also a bathroom with a big shower and a washing machine. There is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) on the ground floor. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a hallway with storage cupboards and a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm). Free wireless Internet access is available.

The outside area includes solid wood benches and a grill.

    “Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Schon bei der Anreise konnten wir die Umsichtigkeit des Vermieters an Hand der detailgetreuen Wegbeschreibung erkennen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach mit der Inneneinrichtung genau dem, was bei Buchung in der Beschreibung stand und auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Wir fanden nichts zu bemängeln.
    Des weiteren genossen wir es während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder Tipps zu lohnenswerten Ausflugzielen, landestypischen Besonderheiten.”

    “Wir fanden das Haus ganz okay, es war ruhig gelegen, zum Entspannen gerade richtig. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigen. Alles super. Die Vermieter waren immer da, wenn man eine Frage hatte.”
