Apartments in a holiday residence, ideal for a carefree and relaxing holiday, 90 metres from the beach, with its own pool, roof terrace and a wonderful view of the sea and the old centre of Cupra Marittima

This holiday residence is 90 metres from the beach and near Cupra Marittima. Only a rail track separates the house from the seaside, which you can get to easily and safely through an underpass.

All the apartments have new and comfortable furnishing. They all have air conditioning and double-glazed windows for maximum peace and quiet. Therefore this holiday residence is also the right choice for families with children or older people who are seeking a relaxing stay on the Adriatic coast.

On the roof terrace on the fifth floor there is the shared pool (11 x 5m) with sun lounging areas. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the roofs of Cupra Marittima.

On the ground floor there are six apartments, where small pets are also allowed. If you are a cycling enthusiast, either a mountain biker or looking for cycle tours, or simply wanting to pedal in a leisurely manner around the area, you can obtain information and advice on arrival about cycling holidays.

These apartments can accommodate two to four people and measure at least 40m², plus a balcony. They have a living room with a sofa bed and a cooking niche, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

    “schöne geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit Meerblick. Die Bahnlinie ist direkt an der Wohnung und es fahren sehr oft Züge bis tief in die Nacht. Hört man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Hat uns persönlich nicht gestört. Aber für Lärm empfindliche Menschen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung selber ist auch recht hellhörig.”

    “Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, sehr strandnah und zentral, absolut sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht kein Deutsch, aber Englisch. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, morgens hat man die volle Sonne, frühstücken im Freien ist deshalb absolut unmöglich. Dafür kann man die Zeit nach dem Strandbesuch (ab Nachmittag) auf dem Balkon im Schatten genießen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist nicht allzu groß, aber zum Erfrischen reicht er allemal. Sonnenterrassen und Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Einziger Störfaktor hier ist die Badekappenpflicht, kennt man aus Deutschland halt gar nicht mehr, werden aber kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle 5 Häuschen gibt es nicht, da die Bahngleise, die direkt vor dem Haus verlaufen, nicht wie beschrieben, kein Problem sind. Die mind. 20 Züge täglich (auch nachts!) waren lautstärkemäßig doch störend, wir hatten aber trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub.”
