Holiday apartment with a terrace, garden and view of the lake
The apartment is on the upper floor of a duplex house in an area with little traffic.
The big terrace affords a wonderful view of the lake and has seating furniture and awnings. A roofed parking space is available. There is a garden with a barbecue, a stone table and bench, inviting you to dine outdoors in the shade of kiwi plants. The outdoor area is completely fenced. The owner lives in the house opposite and has a non-heated pool that you can share use of. It is accessed from the grill area through a little gate.
The 100m² of living space provides a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dining table, as well as a big living room with a fireplace, flatscreen TV, three-seater sofa and a sofa bed for two people. There is one bedroom with a double bed (170 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (80 x 200cm). A folding bed, a cot, a highchair and other items for babies are available.The bathroom provides a large shower (120 x 80cm), WC and bidet. The apartment also has cupboards, a child’s bed, a highchair and a guest bed. It is fitted with central heating. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge both indoors and outside in the grill corner.
The lake and the centre are within a ten-minute walk. Here you can find many shops, restaurants and pizzerias, a post office, a hospital, a kiosk, a tourist office, boat moorings, an indoor pool and a cycling centre. It is worth seeing the famous Palazzo Gallio, a cardinal’s palace from the 15th century. There are cycle paths along the lakeside promenade and you can walk or cycle to the surrounding localities.
