This 32 m² fully air conditioned holiday apartment is on the first floor of the family house. A wide outer stone staircase leads up to your apartment’s separate entrance. It offers a bright and airy living-/dining area with integrated fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom and a top modern bathroom. Grey stone floor tiles create an elegant atmosphere in the living area which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a modern flat screen digital television with USB port, DVD player, CD player, stereo system, a safe where you can keep your valuables and a dining table with matching chairs. The open plan kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and electric kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe providing plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional 160 cm x 200 cm double bed offering sleeping space for two more persons. The top modern bathroom has a generous shower cabin, large wash basin with under sink cabinet and wall mirror, a hairdryer, toilet and even a washing machine. Reliable WLAN access is offered in the apartment free of charge.

Two large glass sliding doors give access from the living area to your private 12 m² sunny balcony which is a real highlight. It is furnished with a table, four upholstered chairs, a deck chair and a sun shade. Here, you can enjoy a sunrise breakfast while taking in the panoramic views across the sea up to the Elafitic islands or spend your evenings under the starlit sky.
