Holiday Apartment in Kliening with Private Parking

This detached holiday house is at the heart of a remarkable landscape at an altitude of 1310 metres, on a little holiday estate, three kilometres from the Klippitz ski resort and nine kilometres from the centre of Bad St. Leonhard. As the house with its 7500m² plot of land is by a forest, it provides its guests with peaceful and relaxing surroundings. Holiday apartment for eight people

The house with its two apartments on two floors – the Jagdstub’n for 8 people and the Zirbenstüberl for 11 people – provides a total living space of 145m² and can accommodate a total of 19 people. It is ideal for acquainted families who would like to spend their holiday together, whilst still appreciating privacy. It is also possible, however, to rent each apartment separately, even for a short stay over a weekend for relaxing in nature.

The partment has three sun terraces, accessed directly from each of the bedrooms. You can feel nature in the rooms, whether you wake up to sunshine or snowflakes. You will love it. The site is fenced and there are five parking spaces right in front of the house. Pets are welcome. Free wireless Internet access is available. You can relax in the bordering forest, where a range of amenities awaits you, such as a grill area, a tent area with a teepee, a pond, a lawn for dogs, a children’s playground and places to relax. You have free access to all of this. Depending on your preferences, you can either find a peaceful retreat here, or lively entertainment with attractions nearby. Hiking trails start right from the holiday house. There are restaurant chalets nearby and lakes for swimming within 50 kilometres, as well as thermal baths in the vicinity. The towns of Klagenfurt or Graz are within an hour’s drive. It is 3km to the Klippitz ski resort with a summer toboggan run and a climbing garden. The centre of Bad St. Leonhard is 10km away. There are grocery shops 9km away and the nearest restaurant is just 400 metres away. You can also find several restaurants, a quad trail, a riding farm and many biking routes nearby.

The Jagdstub’n measuring 80m² is on the ground floor and is for 8 people. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom provides a double bed (140cm wide), a sofa, a wardrobe, a TV and a terrace. The second bedroom for four people has two double beds (140cm wide), a sofa, a wardrobe, a tiled fireplace stove, a TV and a terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed (200cm wide) and a wardrobe. The two bathrooms have a shower bath. There is also a WC. There is a room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living and dining room with a Scandinavian stove is set up for eight people. The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped with glasses, crockery, pans, pots, cutlery, a fridge, freezer compartment, oven, electric stove, microwave, kettle, mixer, bread-cutting machine and coffee machine.

    “Sauberkeit sehr gut! Preis auch gut, schöne Lage. Das eine Zimmer mit dem Hochbett ist nicht so schön da man dort bei Vermieteter oberen Etage jedesmal aus dem Bett fällt, wenn oben jemand aufsteht oder geht! Morgens mal etwas länger liegen bleiben ist da nicht!”

    “Erg leuk vakantiehuis. Super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Oven (handig voor afbakbroodjes aangezien de supermarkt op 9 km zit) en zelfs een espressomachine! De eigenaar is erg aardig en staat altijd voor je klaar, als je belt of sms-t krijg je direct antwoord. Een klein nadeel, in een van de badkamers zit een klein bad met opstap. Deze is dus niet te gebruiken tenzij je zittend doucht. Aangezien wij met zijn tweeen waren hebben we de andere badkamer gebruikt dus probleem opgelost. Jammer dat er geen map met informatie was.”

    “Wij hebben genoten van de rust in en om deze vakantiewoning; we bewoonden de gehele begane grond welke goed schoon was (we hadden zelfs nog nooit zo'n schoon vakantiehuis gehad!).
    In de eerste week was het appartement op de bovenverdieping ook verhuurd waarvan we overigens geen last hadden. Alleen in de buitenste slaapkamer van de aanbouw kraakte de vloer nogal wanneer daar gelopen werd op de bovenverdieping.
    In de tweede week was het rustiger en mochten we ook de heerlijke overdekte vlonder achter het huis gebruiken.
    De woning was ruim genoeg, van veel gemakken voorzien: espresso apparaat, vrieskast, magnetron, zelfs een staafmixer en een oven. (Alleen geen ovenvaste schalen aanwezig).
    De inrichting was eenvoudig, maar er was duidelijk aandacht aan besteed.
    Kortom, voor wie van rust houdt en het niet erg vindt om enige kilometers te rijden naar een supermarkt of eetgelegenheid is dit een fijne plek!
    Het enige nadeel vonden wij de half-hoogslapers zonder bedhekje.
    De bedden zijn breed (1.40 m) dat scheelt, maar voor onze dochter hebben we twee opgevouwen dekbedden langs de rand van het bed gelegd omdat ze bang was er in haar slaap uit te rollen.
    En we misten een map in het huis met daarin de bezienswaardigheden, wandelroutes en uitgaansmogelijkheden in de omgeving.
    De eigenaar was overigens erg aardig en bereidwillig wanneer we een vraag hadden, hij was er zelf niet maar was wél goed te bereiken via mobiele telefoon en email.”
