This villa is located on the hills between Lucca and the sea, on a quiet spot with magnificent views onto the valley.
A part of this villa was converted into a holiday home. Alloro lies close to a characteristic village, (about 360 above sea level), where you may reach on foot a small grocery and a restaurant. Guests may reach within short distance the city of Lucca (20 km), Pisa (35 km) or the sea (25km). The house disposes of a completely fenced garden of about 300 sqm and a veranda made of wood, equipped with a table, chairs and barbeque. There is a swimming pool (set on earth, 6.7x3.7m, depth: 1.20m) with deckchairs and sun-umbrella at the exclusive use of the guests. The other part of the villa which is completely separated, such as the access and also the garden (a huge hedge separates the two garden), is inhabited by another family. Parking within the grouds.
