Holiday House in La Matanza De Acentejo with Large Garden and Amazing Views

Are you looking for a special holiday property away from the masses of tourists, hotels and boring apartments? Then this is the place for you. This property with three luxury apartments, one luxurious guest room and a separate villa is located on the cliff coast of La Matanza, about 280 meters above the sea. Just below the property is the natural park Costa Acentejo, with a circular walking path and paths to the ocean. The property is ideal for holidaymakers with exclusive taste, who are looking for peace and quiet in a rural setting. This villa's atmosphere is simultaneously exclusive and cosy. The villa offers a perfect backdrop for an unforgettable family holiday. The 130 m² property offers room for up to six people. Only local companies were used for the planning, the building and the remodel.

The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace. The antique wooden kitchen is one of the highlights of the villa. It is fully loaded with a four burner ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a coffee maker and more. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. The large dining table in the living room offers comfortable seating for eight people. From here you can enjoy stunning views over the northern coast, the Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. The two master bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with quality beds (180 x 200 cm) and are equipped with a Swiss-Flex system; the children's bedroom is furnished with a 90 x 200 cm bunk bed and is adjacent to one of the master bedrooms. The bathroom is en suite and has a level access, large shower. The second bathroom boasts a shower tub. Towels and beach towels, as well as a blow dryer are supplied. A small stereo, German TV programs and several DSL internet access points are available throughout the house and accessible free of charge.

The large garden with typical, regional plants, offers a heated pool (8 x 4 meters) and an outdoor shower and sun loungers. There are several furnished patios for your enjoyment. Since the villa faces southwest, you can enjoy breath-taking sunsets and views of Spain's tallest mountain, the Teide. Enjoy the views of the lights along the northern coast at night. From the garden, you have amazing views over the Teide (3718 m), Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic Ocean. Road side parking is available in front of the property. The property is fully fenced and you can let your pet roam freely here.

The wine bodega with a barbecue offers room for eight people. Just next door, in the "wine cellar", are an additional small bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet - a very special place.

The house is an excellent home base for excursions to tourist attractions in the vicinity. You can explore the island and hike in the mountains. You can meet locals or enjoy the peace and quiet. Enjoy time with your partner or your family. You can enjoy good restaurants in the vicinity or prepare your own meals with produce and fresh fish from the farmer's market. It is about 200 m to the closest restaurant. Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest town, about 1500 m from the property. It is about 2000 meters to the nearest beach, El Caleton. It is about 15 kilometres to Puerto de la Cruz. Enjoy the hustle and bustle in town, and then return to the peace and quiet of the holiday rental.

    “Das Haus bzw. die gesamte Anlage ist ausnehmend schön, sauber und bestens gepflegt, die Bilder geben dies eigentlich nicht ausreichend wieder. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, auch zur Selbstversorgung, es hat uns wirklich an überhaupt nichts gefehlt, der Mietpreis war angemessen. Überraschender, unerwarteter Gewinn, den man nicht beziffern kann, war Klaus, der Verwalter, dessen Engagement wir einfach nur loben können. Da er seit 20 Jahren auf Teneriffa lebt, waren seine Ratschläge besser als die jedes Reiseführers, wer fragt und zuhört, wird belohnt! Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt, danke Klaus! Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder.”

    “Dieses Haus liegt im Grünen und die entsprechende Ruhe wirkt entschleunigend. Vogelgezwitscher und in der Ferne manchmal ein kurzes Hundebellen, nichts mehr. Die Aussicht ist einmalig, am Tag wie auch das Lichtermeer über Puerto de la Cruz bei Nacht. Die Einrichtung ist bei weitem über dem üblichen Standard, das ganze Anwesen und die Gäste werden herzlichst vom Verwalter und der Reinigungshilfe betreut. Je nach Jahreszeit kann es abends und in der Nacht lästige Mücken haben, leider gibt es momentan keinen Mückenschutz an Fenstern und Türen.”
