Villa with a garden and a pool, by the cliffs, with a breathtaking sea view
The villa enjoys a unique location on the south-west side of the island of Andros, in Pitrofos, right by the sea and the cliffs. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the cliffs over the islands of Yaros, Kea (Tzia) and Siros on the horizon.
The interior reflects the character of the island, combining wood and stone elements. It is spread over two floors and combines traditional and modern elements. The rooms have an open layout and so provide a sense of space in the interior. The furnishing and décor are aesthetically beautiful, but at the same time practical. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with a fireplace and a TV, as well as another sitting area and a dining space with a big table and chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin and toilet. Almost every room has big glass doors leading outdoors and allowing plenty of daylight into the house. The upper floor has two bedrooms each with a queensize double bed, sharing a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a kingsize double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. From up here you can also enjoy a fabulous view.
The outdoor area consists of a paved terrace surrounded by lawn and a pool measuring 10 x 5 metres, which is normally open from 1 May to 15 October. There is a wooden pergola by the house, which you can sit and dine under, with a view of the sea and nature.
The nearest beaches at Apothike and Halkolimiona provide sun loungers, parasols and beach bars, and are just five minutes away. There are other beaches 15-20 minutes away by car. The next biggest towens are Batsi and Andros (Chora), both 15 minutes away.
