The accommodation is in an apartment building whose guests can use an indoor pool free of charge. The house also has a ski and boot storage room, a leisure room with a table tennis table, and a common room. All of these can be used free of charge. The sauna, solarium, drinks machine, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee.

Your hosts are among members of Oberstaufen Plus. This means that most of the infrastructure of Oberstaufen can be used by house guests free of charge. In winter you can go skiing for free, and in summer you can use the cable cars (Hündle, Imberg, Hochgrat) free of charge, while you can visit the Aquaria leisure pool for free all year round.

The 30 cable cars and ski lifts (up to an altitude of around 1800 metres) and about 40km of downhill pistes ensure plenty of winter fun. There are 12 cross-country skiing trails totalling over 120km, inviting you to go cross-country skiing. Inteernational skiing championships and Word Cup competitions have been held here since 1921.

Oberstaufen with its quaint mountain villages, its pristine nature, the imposing mountain world and crystal clear lakes will delight you. You can ascend the mountains of the Nagelfluh chain either on foot or with cable cars. There are 250km of hiking trails up to an altitude of 1800 metres, so you can experience the beauty of nature in a healthy climate. In summer you can swim in the big lake, Alpsee, near Immenstadt, go sailing, surfing or simply sunbathe. There are lovely trip destinations nearby such as Sulzberg with its lovely panoramic view or Oberstdorf with a lovely village centre and its ski jumping. It is about 30 minutes to Bregenz or Lindau, and you can also go on a nice trip to the little Walser Valley. It is worth getting to know the great gastronomy in the region, with wide-ranging cuisine.

There is a bus stop right in front of the door, with connections to the Hochgratbahn or to Hörmoos. From there there are countless hiking trails. You can get back with the Imbergbahn and it is only 8 minutes from the valley station back to the apartment. There is a lovely children’s playground with play equipment.

The climatic spa town of Oberstaufen is in an area with a lovely landscape, between high mountains and deep blue lakes, only about three quarters of an hour by car from Lake Constance, and the spa, hiking, mountain and winter sports town of Steibis is at about 900 metres above sea level.

This maisonette apartment has an open sleeping gallery and provides around 37m2 of living space. It is suitable for four to a maximum of six people. It has a double bed with two mattresses (each 90 x 200cm) and a bunk bed on the sleeping gallery, also with two mattresses (each 90 x 200cm). There is also a pull-out sofa downstairs, measuring 120 x 200cm. The apartment has a kitchen unit in the hallway with a stove, mini oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The living room provides a comfortable dining corner, a flatscreen TV with a DVD player and radio-CD player. The apartment is non-smoking. There is central heating with radiators in the bathroom and the living room.
