Beautiful villa with garden and private swimming pool on the outskirts of Nerja

This holiday home is located in a residential neighbourhood in a rural location on the outskirts of Nerja. The house offers stunning views of the mountains. The detached house was built in 1999 and last renovated in 2014. It accommodates up to six people on 120 m² and sits on a 700 m² property.

The private and fully fenced in garden offers a private pool and a covered patio with outdoor furniture, chill out area and a barbecue. Ample parking spaces are available on the property.

The Villa boasts three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the others with two single beds each (0.90 m x 1.90 m). The bedrooms and the living/kitchen area are air conditioned (hot/cold). The two bathrooms offer a sink and a toilet. One of the bathrooms has a shower tub, the other one a large shower with a glass screen and window. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker a microwave, washing machine and dish washer. The living room is furnished with a fireplace, a television with satellite and internet television (various international channels) and a DVD player. The house also offers wireless internet access and a cot and a high chair upon request.

The closest town, Nerja, is about 1.5 km from the house. In town you will find shopping facilities, nightlife, a restaurant, a public pool and public transport.     “Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus, vom Eigentümer persönlich top gepflegt, alles im Haus vorhanden. Sollte es mal ein kleines Problem geben, so steht die Frau des Eigentümers SOFORT zur Verfügung (spanisch oder englisch sind notwendig!). Das Haus hat eine perfekt Umfriedung, Parkplatz für mehrere Pkw, Haus ist mit Alarmanlage gesichert. Tresor ist vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist ein wenig "spanisch". Einzig der Weg zum Haus ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig aber problemlos zu bewältigen. Soll aber im Jahr 2018 komplett erneuert werden. Preis-/Leistung stimmen!”
