The apartments are part of a residential complex bordering the forest, while the house is in the forest. The resort is on a hill, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Val di Cornia.
The apartments were built in 2005, the house in 2000. They are elegantly decorated in a typical Tuscan style, with decorated walls and valuable curtains. The apartments each have their own separate entrance and are completely independent. The house is a short distance from the apartments. There is a café-restaurant in the resort.
The resort has a shared pool (15 x 25m), which is supervised by a lifeguard during the summer months and is therefore suitable for families with children. The use of pool, parasol and sun loungers is payable and must be booked in addition. The accommodation units have parking spaces.
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome, if they are well-trained and clean.
In the area you can find: Monteverdi Marittimo 5km, Sassetta 5 km, Suvereto 19 km, Castagneto Carducci 10 km, Bolgheri a 12 km, Marina di Donoratico and its wonderful beaches 15km. The town of Volterra, which is of touristic, historic and artistic importance, is 40km away and is easy to get to via a national road that leads through the lovely Tuscan hilly landscape. Sole e LunaThis holiday house, Sole e Luna, has three rooms and is ideal for six people, especially for a family with children. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm) and a kitchen unit, with electrical appliances, tableware and a dishwasher. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and one with a bunk bed (90 x 190cm). The bathroom has a washbasin, bidet, WC and a spacious shower cubicle. The windows are fitted with fly screens. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, washing machine and its own heating system. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. A cot is available free of charge on request.From the garden terrace, which is furnished with tables, chairs and a wooden swing, you can access the forest with oak and stone oak trees. The house has a brick-built barbecue.Please note that the costs for the optional use of the pool are payable locally. A parasol and two chairs are provided.
