Bright apartment with a conservatory and stunning views in a great location
This beautifully furnished apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of southern Tenerife. It is located in a gorgeous housing complex. The complex is situated in the small bay Costa del Silencio.
The apartment accommodates two people (three upon request, as the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional visitor) and is located on the top floor. The spacious, open and bright living room with integrated conservatory (dining room) was furnished with attention to detail with modern and high end furnishings. You will feel right at home here. The beautiful, large sofa, the decorations on the bookshelves and the dining room with the dresser are very cosy. The living room also offers a large satellite television with German channels and a stereo system. The property is fully furnished and boasts a double bed (length: 2m) and a built in closet. The fully furnished, open kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator/freezer (three large drawers), a kettle, a toaster, a juicer and a coffee maker and plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. The living and the dining room have a ceiling fan. Enjoy a relaxing holiday here.
The conservatory / dining room provides an electric grill, a table with six chairs and a deckchair. The conservatory is very spacious and undoubtedly the most beautiful spot in the apartment. The slightly tinted sliding windows can be opened at any time.
The pool and sun loungers are available to you. The apartment has two parking spaces in the complex. >From the conservatory, you can enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean, the sunrise in the morning, the view of Spain's tallest mountain (almost 3800 meters). Costa del Silencio is at the southernmost tip of Tenerife. There are many cosy and cheap restaurants, bars, pubs, several supermarkets, bakeries...The bus stop at the town centre is only 500 meters from the property and services the nearby towns of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, El Médano....There is no sandy beach here, but a breath-taking coastline with cliffs and rocks. About two minutes from the apartment, you can find a ladder leading to the beach. There are several of these ladders around. This is a snorkelling and diving paradise. Colourful fishes abound. A rock jets out from the sea to at a 30 meter distance; a paradise for wildlife. You can fish just in front of the apartment. A fishing pole plus equipment is available. Next to Costa del Silencio is the traditional Spanish town of Las Galletas, where you can find seafood restaurants, boutiques and shops. You can also buy fresh fish at the harbour every day.
