Modern and spacious holiday apartment in a quiet district of Rome
The holiday apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building with a lift, built in the year 2000, in a quiet part of the city.
The spacious, comfortable and inviting apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm). The living room has a sofa bed for two people (140 x 190cm), a dining table, a TV, a Play Station and a computer with an Internet connection in the languages: Italian, French, English, German and Spanish. The wireless Internet connection is free. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bath and one with a shower. It is equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse and ironing equipment. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, mixer, toaster, dishwasher and crockery. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, tea and sweet snacks are provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and washing up liquid.
The apartment has two terraces with tables and chairs, so you can enjoy the pleasant climate in Rome all year round. Near the apartment there are many free parking spaces.
City maps are available in the apartment. The owner is happy to accompany guests by car (charges apply, depending on distance and time involved).
The apartment is 10km from St. Peter’s Basilica. 50 metres away there is a bus stop for lines 906 and 88, which take you to the “Cornelia” metro station, so it is quick to get to the city centre. By car, you can get to the centre along Via Aurelia quickly and easily. There are shops and services within a radius of 500 metres.
