Renovated, bright apartment in a holiday complex with several community pools

The 88 m², south facing holiday flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats. It was fully renovated in 2014 and can accommodate up to six people. From here you can enjoy stunning views of the ocean, a nearby golf course, Gibraltar and northern Africa's coastline.

From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you can access the 27 m² patio which offers views of the community pool and the beautiful garden. From here, you can also enjoy partial ocean views. It is furnished with a table and chairs. The complex has a total of four community pools and there is also a playground for kids. This apartment also has a car parking space in the garage.

The flat offers two spacious bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50m x 1.90 m), the second one offers two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). Additionally, you will find two bathrooms: one of the bathrooms boasts a bathtub with massage jets, the other one a shower tub. Both bathrooms also have a sink and a toilet. The bright living room offers a sofa bed for two. Additionally there is a satellite television with international channels, a safe and a dining table for six. The fully furnished kitchen is accessible from the living room and is equipped with high end appliances, such as a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker a microwave and a dishwasher. Pots and pans are also at your disposal. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron. The entire apartment is equipped with marble floors and double pane windows, electric shutters and air conditioning (heating/cooling). Wi-Fi is also included in the rental price.

From the complex, a foot path leads to the beach (400 m); a golf course is also accessible on foot (500 m). In the vicinity you can find a pharmacy, a mini market, a hair dresser, a beauty salon, a pizzeria and a beach bar. Additional shops are about a ten minute drive from the complex. It is about an hour's drive to the airports in Malaga and Jerez. A car is recommended.

The complex has 24 hour security and CCTV at the entrances.

    “Het is een prachtig appartement, waarbij het aan geen enkel voorziening ontbreekt. Alles is in goede staat en ook het ruime terras met naastgelegen zwembad is zeker een plus. Voor het strand moet je wel 10 minuutjes lopen. Voor het wat drukkere strand heb je de auto nodig. Een ideale bestemming voor rust en ruimte.”
