Freshly renovated holiday apartments with a pool and a wide range of recreational activities, in an interesting surrounding landscape
These two newly renovated, modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments are on the edge of Laußnitz, two minutes from the Laußnitzer Heide, in a three-family house.
The two apartments were fully renovated and newly furnished in June 2014. The light and inviting atmosphere in the rooms invites you to dine, drink and relax. Both apartments measure around 80m² and can accommodate up to five people, or up to seven people on request with supplementary beds.
The apartments are equipped with free wireless Internet access, fans, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, stove, egg boiler, kettle, CD player, hairdryer, cable TV in each room and a radio alarm, as well as heating in all the rooms.
A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided and a bread rolls delivery service is available. One parking space and per apartment and a garage are available. Pets are welcome at no supplementary charge and can run around freely on the fenced site. The apartments are non-smoking, so guests are kindly requested only to smoke outside. A washing machine and dryer are available in a shared laundry room.
The house is surrounded by a garden with a lawn, with deckchairs, a grill and a swimming pool. The big pool is the highlight, measuring 8 x 4 metres. It is roofed over and heatable, so you can enjoy swimming even in bad weather. The pool is open from around 20 June to 15 September, depending on the weather.
Laußnitz is right by the Laußnitzer and Königsbrücker Heide nature reserves, enabling many hiking and cycling tours. Owing to the proximity to the regional capital Dresden and other places of interest, there is plenty to explore. There are shopping facilities and restaurants about 500-600 metres away.
A wide range of recreational activities within wonderful surroundings make a trip to Laußnitz an enjoyable experience, whether as a family, as a couple or on your own.
Apartment on the first floor
This holiday apartment with modern furnishing is on the first floor and measures around 80m². It provides two lovely bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, toilet and hairdryer. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, dining table and everything you need in a contemporary kitchen. One bedroom is furnished with two joined single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be separated, a child’s bed, a table, two chairs and a cupboard with sliding doors. The other bedroom has three single beds (90 x 200cm), a table, three chairs and a big cupboard. A further person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A folding bed is also available, so a maximum of seven people can be accommodated.
