Well-equipped and comfortably furnished apartments near the Europa Park
The house with the three apartments is right on the western edge of Kippenheim.
All the apartments have a balcony, wireless Internet access and a big flatscreen TV. It is not permitted to smoke in the apartments, but there is an ashtray on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
There is a sitting corner in the courtyard with a parasol and a grill.
Kippenheim is in between Strasbourg (35 minutes) and Freiburg (35 minutes) at the foot of the Black Forest within a beautiful landscape and with convenient transport connections. There are various swimming lakes and of course the heated Kippenheim swimming pool. A tennis and fitness centre are almost within sight of the apartment. Fishing lakes, riding stables and many hiking paths round off this area. It is 10km to Europa Park, 9km to the Alsace and the Black Forest begins on the eastern side of town. There are two supermarkets and a good restaurant less than a five-minute walk away.

This apartment is on the first floor of the house. The bedroom has a double bed 220cm long, also suitable for taller people. All the doors are 212cm high. The bathroom has a shower of 1 x 1.4m, as well as a bath. The bathroom is decorated with rare natural stone. The kitchen is fully-equipped and also has a dining table with six chairs. The living room provides an armchair and two sofas, one converting into a quality bed, along with a desk with a computer.
