Holiday apartment with a roofed terrace and a sea view, very close to a sandy beach
This holiday apartment is just 20 metres from a long sandy beach. It is on the first floor of the house and has a separate entrance. The house is somewhat set back from the main road in unspoilt nature and offers a magnificent view of the bay and the sea.
The 80m² apartment has been newly decorated and can accommodate five people. It has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet and two bedrooms. The first bedroom provides a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the second has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). The living room-kitchen comprises a sitting area with a sofa bed (130 x 200cm) and a dining table, and an open kitchen that is fully-equipped. All the rooms, as well as the bathroom and the hallway, can be heated. The second bedroom is the only room that also has air conditioning. Internet access, a safe and satellite TV are provided.
The apartment has a roofed terrace furnished with a table and chairs, looking out towards the sea. It is the right place to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine and to enjoy the view. A barbecue is available for use in the garden. The parking spaces are behind the house.
Note that pets are not allowed.
Within a radius of 500 metres from the house you can find various restaurants, supermarkets, a diving club, the tourism bureau, cycle paths and tennis courts. Dundo National Park is also nearby. You can enjoy the beach and the sea every day, just a stone’s throw away.
