Holiday apartments on a former farm by the Achterwasser, with a rowing boat
The farm is in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, right by the Achterwasser.
The farm has been in family ownership since 1939. The grandfather let out some rooms here in his day. In the 1980s it was the holiday property of the Ruhla/Thüringen clock factory. After the German reunification in 1989/90 the former farm was gradually totally converted and renovated, up until today.
You can use a grill, a rowing boat, a parking space, a roofed storage space for bicycles and a terrace with seating free of charge.
On this peninsula on the island of Usedom you can still find a natural animal and plant paradise with beautiful hiking trails, a natural beach and places to go fishing. In the north-western part of the island of Usedom there is the Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz, the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 7km from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts, with forests and lakes. The varied landscape with beech, oak and coniferous forests along the coasts, as well as the moors and meadows along the Achterwasser, give the island its charm. The town aobut 7km away has shops, a restaurant and a train station.

This 65m² holiday apartment is on two floors. The ground floor has a bathroom with a shower and WC and a children’s room with a bunk bed (90 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), with a pull-out bed also available. The first floor comprises the living room with the well-equipped kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), as well as a TV. A supplementary bed is available on request.
