Stunning villa with views of the Mediterranean in the bay of San Antonio

This villa sits in a quiet location, a few minutes from the beaches Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Cala Comte. It is an ideal place to come and relax.

It accommodates eight to ten people on 350 m² spread over two floors. The main 260 m² Storey on the top floor offers the main living area with a modern living/dining room. It is adjacent to a living room with leather sofas, Iroko tables and windows reaching to the floor. The dining table offers space for up to ten people. You have access to two patios. One offers pool, the other one ocean views. Adjacent is the 28 m² kitchen, furnished with a ceran stove, a large oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a TV, a kettle, a toaster and all necessary accessories. The kitchen is awash with light, coming in through the large windows. The kitchen offers access so the pool area.
On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm wide), a built-in, five-door closet, wood floors from Iroko ( also called Kambala), a ceiling fan, air- conditioning (at cost) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The two other bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (90 cm wide), built-in, four-door closets, wood floors from Iroko , a ceiling fan, air- conditioning (at cost) and a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet area and two sinks. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.
On the lower, 100m² level, you will find a 37 m² bedroom with a double bed (150 cm wide), a wardrobe, a dining table with four chairs and a small living room with a sofa. In this room, two single beds can be combined to a double bed. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower.

The villa sits on a 2150 m² property. It boasts a beautiful garden with a well-maintained lawn and numerous trees. Enjoy the covered barbecue area with a large dining table. Enjoy the 12 meter long pool with depths varying from 1.20-1.80 meters. There is also an outdoor shower and a toilet and a total of eight sun loungers. Three car parking spaces are available.

The floors in the hallway, living and dining room and the guest toilet are marble. All of the furniture is from Iroko. The ceilings on the lower floor are wood, the floors tiled. The utility room on the lower floor offers a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board with an iron.

A bus stop servicing the airport is only 100 meters from the villa.
It is called Sant Josep de sa Talia - Es Cucó. In Sant Antoni de Portmany, about 600 meters from the property is a stop servicing Ibiza City. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located after 600 meters.

    Martin (the owner) was a great help and a very nice person.

    The pool was a perfect size with great views, the property was constantly clean and for the 8 of us it was perfect.

    The house/grounds are massive and you certainly won't run out of space!!!”

    “tolles, großes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Super sauber, sehr netter Vermieter. Es ist alles da, was das Ferienherz benötigt um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verleben.
    Einziges Mango: evtl. die Straße die direkt am Pool vorbei führt (durch die Fahrzeuge). Einsehen in das Grundstück, kann man jedoch nicht.”

    Cuando los coches circulan a la velocidad permitida no hay ruido

    “Eines der schönsten Häuser, in dem wir je gewohnt haben- top ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt, mit wirklich allem erdenklichen ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Schon die Anreise war vom Besitzer des Hauses bestens organisiert, es wurde uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Der Pool für unsere zwei Kinder perfekt, extra Handtücher lagen schon bereit, Schattenplätze inklusive- das ganze Grundstück und Pool wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrfach gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Straße, welche direkt am Grundstück entlang führte, hat uns aber nicht gestört, zumal man sie im Haus selbst nicht hören konnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit nur 100m entfernt, was will man mehr??? Am Abreisetag konnten wir unsere Zeit bis zum nachmittäglichen Abflug entspannt am Pool verbringen, der Vermieter hat uns sogar noch extra Handtücher zum Frischmachen herausgebracht! Danke für eine traumhafte Woche in dem Haus!!”
