This stone house with lots of charm and a fenced private pool is nestled in 40 hectares of vineyards.

Conveniently located, this charming air-conditioned stone house with dovecote, typical of the region, offers a private saltwater pool, an 80 m² terrace, a Japanese-style flower garden and views of a magnificent vineyard landscape. Well equipped and furnished, the house is suitable for both summer and winter (heating and insulation). One of the bathrooms has a bathtub with whirlpool function for even more comfort. The pool can be heated by arrangement and for a fee.

The property also includes a children's playground and a bowling alley. A second, shaded terrace has a nice view of the covered summer garden with table tennis and darts. There are also badminton rackets, pool games, board games, books, bicycles and all equipment for children and babies. The discreet owner lives a few weeks a year in another house on the premises. From the parking lot you reach the house via 7 steps. Access to the south terrace via 4 steps.

In addition to wine tourism, you can enjoy many activities here, including canoeing, hiking, biking, mountain biking, boating, horseback riding, paddle boating, fishing, tennis, buggy, hang gliding, paragliding, spelunking, climbing and archery. You can also enjoy various magnificent golf courses within a radius of 10 to 30 km.

From the quiet location, it is not far to most of the main attractions of this renowned wine region. Stroll the market on Tuesdays and Saturdays in historic Puy-l'Evêque (3 km), which also boasts quaint streets, stores and restaurants on the Lot River. Excursion destinations: Monpazier (36 km), the Château de Biron (33 km) or the Château de Bonaguil (17 km).
