Whole House in Kasnevitz with Private Parking

This holiday house measures 120m² and is on a fenced site of 1500m² in the centrally located Kasnevitz not far from the white town of Putbus. The house is on the second row, so you can find the necessary peace and quiet after trips around the island.

The living room opens onto a terrace, beautifully designer with Bangkirai wood, with a big table and chairs inviting you to sit and relax. There are two free parking spaces right in front of the house.

The open living room with an adjoining kitchen is generous. The fireplace integrated into the living room exudes a cosy atmosphere. Satellite TV, a radio and a DVD player are provided. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob, toaster and kettle, as well as a dishwasher. There is also a dining table with chairs on the ground floor. The upper floor is accessed up a curved stairway, with a generous gallery awaiting you at the top. The open hallway leads to the bedrooms each for two people, with double beds measuring 160 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm. The highlight for children is a loft bed in one of the bedrooms, accessed up a separate ladder. The house with a very open layout has another cosy bedroom on the lower floor (bed 160 x 200cm), as well as a bathroom with a shower. The laundry room has a washing machine. The whole house is fitted with gas central heating, while the whole lower level has under-floor heating.

It is about 3km to the centre of Putbus, with shopping facilities and a train station. There are restaurants within 200 metres. The Baltic Sea is about 5km away.

A ladies‘ bike (Dutch bike) and a men’s bike (mountain bike) can be used free of charge. Local tourist tax must be paid locally in Putbus to the owner.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch gut eingerichtet.
    Der Garten war wohl mal schön, aber die Bilder sollten vielleicht mal erneuert werden.Wir hätten uns einen gemähten Rasen zu Ostern gewünscht und weniger Hundegaufen der vorherigen Urlauber.
    Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben fie Ueit sehr genossen.”

    “Alles in Allem ein tolles Haus. Bei kleinen Kindern würde mir ein bisschen die Spielmöglichkeit fehlen (Schaukel/Sandkiste etc) Positiv: Das Haus ist Groß und sehr Geschmackvoll Eingerichtet. Mit Allem Ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Sehr Familienfreundlich und Hunde sind auch Herzlich wilkommen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist Topp. Sehr Empfehlenswert. Negativ: Leider waren ausgerechnet zu Unserer Urlaubszeit Außenarbeiten am Nachbarhaus geplant wo unser Vermieter aber nichts Dafür konnte. Die Kühlschranktüre schloss nicht richtig was den Stromverbrauch nicht gerade begünstigte aber der Kühlschrank wird ausgetauscht wie man uns Versicherte. Kein WLAN. Schlechter Empfang. Wenn man unterwegs war gingen die Nachrichten aber raus bzw. kamen sie bei Uns an. Oder Nachts wenn das Netz nicht so belastet war. Restaurant: Hotel Selliner Hof, Grieschiche Küche/Restaurant, Granitzer Strasse 48, Ostseebad Sellin - >Tolle Portionen zu tollen Preisen. Schmeckt Fantastisch. Ein Muss !! Ausflüge: Märchenwald bei Schwarbe und der dazugehörige Naturstrand. - Der Wald hat wunderschöne, alte zum Teil sehr knorrige, verschnörkelte Bäume.
    (Kein Märchenwald in Form eines Freizeitparkes). Durch ihn gelangt man ans Meer wo der Strand einfach nur traumhaft Schön und nicht so überlaufen ist. Ich hätte meinen Urlaub auch 8 Tage an diesem Strand verbringen können... Das hätte mir genau das gegeben was ich eigendlich gebraucht hätte...”

    “Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus Himmelgrau verbracht.
    Die Austattung sowie die Größe des Gartens haben uns sehr positiv überrascht. Unsere 5 Jährige Tochter war sehr angetan von dem Hochbett und unser Hund liebte den Garten.
    In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Bank, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten. Sämtliche Hotspots sind innerhalb von 15-30 Minuten erreichbar.
    Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für dieses schöne Objekt.”
