Independent villas, surrounded by a big garden with a little pond, just a short walk from the sea
The villas are on a plot of land just outside Baia Verde. Both villas are on the same site, but are completely independent and are about 40 metres from each other.
The approach to the site is shared by both villas, which are surrounded by a completely fenced garden of around 2500m². It has a natural pond with fish and various water plants. Two bicycles are available for use free of charge on request.
The villas are conveniently located, near the most beautiful Salento beaches: Banzay, La Playa, Zen, Helios, Samsara. The lovely sea, just a short walk away, features a whole spectrum of blue tones. It is just 400 metres to the well-known restaurants Smailas and Praja. As the access to the motorway towards Lecce or Leuca is just 200 metres away, it is easy to get to various trip destinations. There are grocery shops in Baia Verde just 400 metres away, while the centre of Gallipoli has a wider choice of shops and services.

The villa of around 60m² has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The spacious living room-kitchen has a fireplace, a dining table, two single beds (each 80 x 190cm) and a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge and microwave. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a washing machine, It is possible to add a further single bed to the living room area. The villa is fitted with air conditioning (cool and warm).
The veranda has an outdoor shower and a barbecue and is furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs. There is even a hammock in the garden, Next to the villa there is a big, private parking area.
