This holiday complex in the Sicilian harbour town of Sciacca, on the south-east coast of Sicily, offers a wonderful panoramic location, only about 200 metres from the sea. The well-known thermal baths of Sciacca are just 4km away. The privileged location of the complex allows you to spend relaxing holiday days on the beach, alternating with fascinating trips to explore the nature and culture of the region.

The residence offers many services: tennis and football grounds for your daily fitness and friendly competitions, a playground with plenty of play equipment, as well as table tennis and table football, providing fun for all ages. You can park safely on site and also hire bicycles for cycle tours in the countryside. There are special agreements with many restaurants and pizzerias in town, so you can get to know the regional cuisine at advantageous prices.

Sciacca is a good starting point for exploring the west and south-west coast of Sicily. You can visit some of the most fascinating and beautiful archaeological sites in the world, such as Selinunt in the west or Agrigent with the Temple Valley in the east. Nature enthusiasts can go on walks and hikes in the nearby Torre Salsa, Belice and Zingaro nature reserves. Here you can experience picturesque sunsets and wild landscapes. Do not miss the natural spectacle of the gleaming white cliff “Scala dei Turchi” at the gateway to Agrigent. Sciacca is also home to traditional thermal baths. There are a total of 25 apartments available, spread over two two-storey buildings, from a one-room to a three-room apartment. The property is therefore suitable for a family holiday with children, a romantic stay for two, or for business travellers. All the apartments are practically furnished and comfortable, have their own entrance, a shower room and a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with big freezer compartment, gas stove, tableware and cookware). Each apartment has a big veranda (on the ground floor) or a balcony with a sea view. The outdoor area is furnished with tables and chairs, for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors. Each apartment also provides free wireless Internet access and a free parking space.

The three-room apartment (Type A) is on the first floor or the raised ground floor or first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It comprises a big living and dining room with a kitchen unit and a double sofa bed, a storage room, a double bedroom , a two-bed room or castle bed room and a bathroom with a shower.

    “Die Strandnähe und die schön bepflanzte Terrasse gefällt dem Auge
    Ein schönes Urlaubsfeeling vermittelt der freundliche, entspannteBäcker, der jeden Morgen mit dem Auto kommt und allerlei Backwaren in guter Qualität zu einem guten Preis anbietet.

    Leider gibt es auch einiges zu bemängeln:
    Im Angebot stand, dass es einen TV, eine Waschmaschine, Sonnenliegen, Garten,einen Toaster und einen Grill gäbe. Dies war leider nicht der Fall. Auch sind die Fotos sehr wohlwollend aufgenommen, die Wohnung ist deutlich kleiner und wirkt viel liebloser als die Fotos einen glauben machen. Das WLan funktioniert tadellos, nur leider ist es nur an den Wochenenden auch mit dem Internet verbunden. Wer in der Wohnung kochen möchte, bekommt ob der "Ausstattung" das eine oder andere Problem. Wir haben direkt am ersten Tag ein Messer und eine Bratpfanne gekauft.
    Die Dusche ist so eng, dass man sich nicht einmal bücken kann(mit schlanker Figur), auch dies sah auf den Fotos anders aus.
    Im Angebot stand deutlich was von Meerblick, den wir auch hatten, dann aber noch extra mit 40 Euro bezahlen mussten. Auch die Endreinigung wurde höher berechnet als im Angebot angegeben.
    Schade ist auch, dass die Ansprechpartner kein Englisch sprachen.
    Zu guter Letzt : wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz; auch wenn die Menschen nett und distanziert sind, ist vor allem in den frühen Abendstunden und am Wochenende mit viel Verkehr zu rechnen.”

    “Als fünfköpfige Familie haben wir uns sehr gefreut mit dieser Wohnung ein echtes Schnäppchen zu ergattern und waren bei dem Preis auch darauf gefasst, manchen Kompromiss eingehen zu müssen. Aber wir wurden im Gegenteil sehr positiv überrascht. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die gepflegten Gärten rund um die Terrasse machten das Frühstück dort zum Genuss. Wlan gab es auch. Unser sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber war meistens rund um das Wochenende ebenfalls in der Anlage, in der auch Kinder gefahrlos spielen können. In der ersten Woche der Pfingstferien waren wir fast allein und es war ausgesprochen ruhig. In der zweiten Woche wurde es mit einigen italienischen Nachbarn lebhafter. Zum kleinen Sandstrand führt eine recht lange rustikale Treppe aus Bahnschwellen hinunter. In der geschützten Bucht können auch kleine Kinder problemlos im Wasser planschen. Kompromisse? Die Dusche ist vielleicht etwas eng und die Küchengeräte hat sicher kein Küchenprofi ausgesucht, aber damit kommt man super klar. Wir haben uns jedenfalls pudelwohl dort gefühlt.”
