Experience wonderful holiday days in this fabulously located mountain house. Exactly here - where the sky seems to touch the earth - you will find this self-catering hut at an altitude of 1600 metres. The house affords a beautiful panorama view on the Lavant Valley - Caranthia's paradise. The house affords a beautiful view in winter and in summer.

Three car parking spaces are available about 50 metres away and there is a storage room for skis in winter and for deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture and a barbecue in summer. There are further parking spaces about 200 metres away.

There are two separate apartments available to let, which are accessed via external stairs. The ground floor has a big living room-kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed (each 90 x 200cm), a sauna, a bathroom and a WC. It is decorated in a country style and exudes a homely atmosphere. The first floor also has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a cosy room with a French bed (160 x 185cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a WC. There is a conservatory with a cosy sitting corner for twelve people and a big lounge with an open fireplace, as the centrepiece for all guests. All rooms have electric radiators and the living rooms also have fireplace stoves.

The house is in a quiet location. In summer you can hear birds twittering, relax and dream, or go on walks along well signposted trails, over the gently rolling hills of Saualpe. You can visit cosy mountain chalets or simply sun yourself on the lawn. That is what holidays are for! For skiing you are right by the ski piste at Klippitztörl. After fun on the pistes you can relax in the in-house sauna or spend a couple of pleasant hours in front of the fireplace. The nearest shops are in Bad St. Leonhard, about 10km away.

You can spend fabulous days and nights up here, whether in summer or in winter. You can take a deep breath of clear mountain air, enjoy wonderful snowy landscapes and go on beautiful hikes in summer. These natural surroundings contribute to a unique holiday experience.

    “Toplage direkt an der Skipiste, kleines, feines Skigebiet mit nur 28 km, familienfreundlich, einige sehr nette kleine urige Hütten, sehr freundliche Vermieter (für alle Fragen ansprechbar), Wohnungen gross, die obere mit tollem Ausblick über das Lavanttal, das Mobiliar einfach, Matratzen und Decken, Kopfkissen ok, Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem.
    Es fallen Stromnebenkosten an und bei Heizung mit Holz Raummetergebühren. Der Ofen beheizt die Wohnung gut. Die Sauna ist in einem neuen Badezimmer integriert, und lädt zur Benutzung ein.
    Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Hang mit 3 Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. Für Hundebesitzer wichtig, es führt eine Metalltreppe nach oben, die für kleine Hunde mit kleinen Pfoten, nicht empfehlenswert ist, zu laufen, da geht man besser ein kleines Stück oberhalb des Hauses auf der Skipiste herunter und auch wieder herauf, wenn man ins Dorf möchte.
    Insgesamt für uns ein schneereicher, erholsamer Urlaub in einer rustikalen, empfehlenswerten Unterkunft!”

    “Ein traumhaftes Haus in bergiger Lage. Die Kühe grasen vor der Tür. Einfach tolle Aussicht. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr sauber.”
