Modern holiday apartment with a terrace

This modern holiday apartment is in a central, but quiet location, with an amazing view of Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres, ideally situated for a seaside holiday and for trips in Kvarner Bay. The beautifully decorated apartment is on the second floor of a single-family house about 500 metres from the centre of Opatija.

The 15m² terrace affords a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains, as well as the garden with its trees, plants and flowers. There are two parking spaces by the house on the fenced site.

The apartment for five people measures around 115m². It is a three-room apartment with an open living and dining room with a comfortable sitting corner and satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless Internet access. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) and an optional travel cot. The second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200cm). The third bedroom has a bed (160x200cm). The apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. The second bathroom has a bath and a toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen includes four gas rings, a dishwasher and a microwave. A washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are also available. The washing machine which is available for the guests is not directly in the apartment.

The nearest shops and restaurants are about 100 metres away. The concrete beach is about 500 metres away.
