Holiday apartment by the sea with terrace

This is a family seafront apartment that has been furnished to a good standard and has excellent sea and mountain views. Great location, close to the beach, 5 meters from sea.

There are 3 parking spaces available on the street in front of the property.

The centrepiece of the 80m² apartment is the living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, cable TV and access to the balcony. The living room has a single bed and the other two single beds are in the second bedroom. They all measure 90 x 210cm. The living room and one of the two bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is small, but it provides all the necessary appliances, such as an oven and a microwave, along with a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.

The village of Dobrota is famous for its numerous sunny days and has plenty of aquatic life, such as mussels and different types of fish, and fishermen have been fishing for over four hundred years under its old oak-trees. The location is perfect for guests, as its well connected to the towns of Kotor, Perast and Herceg Novi; which are all reachable by local transport buses. The Boka Bay cannot praise itself for having sandy and delightful beaches, however it is such a pleasure to experience its peaceful setting and mountain views. There is a special atmosphere in this region and guests will experience peace and privacy with nature. The surrounding towns have plenty to offer and guests in this area will have a great choice of excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, bars and nightlife.The apartment is easily reachable by walk, car or bus. The bus stop is just 2 min walk from the front door as are numerous bus routes. It is located 2 km / 15 min by walk from the old town of Kotor. Taxi from apartment to Old Town 2,5e. There is 3 parking places on property 6 km from airport Tivat - transfer included up to 3 persons

The apartment is in the little village of Dobrota. Near the accommodation, which is very close to the sea, you can find a restaurant, a shop and a bar. There are good public transport connections to the surrounding towns of Kotor, Perast and Herceg Novi. This area does not have the most beautiful beaches, but is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Those who like it a bit more lively can visit the towns with their cafés, bars and nightclubs.

    “Netter Vermieter, saubere Wohnung. Preis OK. Reichlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Im Bad könnte es mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten geben. TV: nur ein deutscher Sender (RTL). Uns fehlte auch eine Kaffeemaschine. Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kotor, und nur ca. 2 Km vom Zentrum entfernt. "Top". Nächstes Restaurant 10 Minuten, mit gutem Preisniveau freundlicher Bedienung. Weitere Restaurants in Objektnähe. Nächster Minimarkt 10 Minuten. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmals nehmen.”
