Modern and comfortable, detached holiday apartment in a central location, with a pool and a sea view

This modern and comfortable holiday apartment with a pool is on the ground floor of an unoccupied private house, with a private parking space and big terraces. The property is in the eastern part of the town of Makarska, a town in the south of Croatia, to the south-east of Split. It is very close to the town centre.

You can step through a sliding door in the living room out onto the terraces, which have two benches and a long table for enjoying meals outdoors. A pull-out awning provides shelter from the Mediterranean sun while you are eating. A small stairway leads to the pool area with an outdoor shower, a sun roof area, adjustable sun loungers for sunbathing and a 24m² pool. There is also a barbecue for grill evenings. There are several car parking spaces available in the courtyard.

The house has three floors, but the second is closed. Therefore the apartment ensures privacy and is ideal for a relaxing and sociable holiday for a group of friends or a larger family of up to twelve people. It was built in 2013, attaching importance to providing a comfortable and modern interior. It provides a total of 260m² of living space on two floors with six bedrooms, of which five each have a double bed and one has two single beds. The living room comprises three lounge and dining areas with three open kitchens. In addition, there are five shower rooms. Four of the bedrooms offer a comfortable night’s sleep in a double bed 180cm wide. Next to the bed are two bedside tables with reading lamps. From the window, which can be opened fully on both sides, you can look out onto greenery. One of the bedrooms also has a double bed 160cm wide and has a wall cupboard with a head piece. Here you also have a view of nature from the window. The other bedroom is a little narrower and welcomes you with two single beds that can also be joined together in advance, as well as a wardrobe and a bedside table with a reading lamp. The window affords an extensive view of the hilly surroundings. You can sit comfortably on three comfortable sofas in the living room. Three large flatscreen TVs with digital satellite channels and a TV USB port allow you to watch international TV as well as a film evening with your own external USB stick. On the way from the living room to the kitchen (in two separate apartments) you reach a solid dining table with six upholstered armchairs. The three kitchens are equipped for comprehensive self-catering with a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, gas/electric stove, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All five bathrooms have a washbasin, mirror, WC and shower curtain. One bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, while the others are fitted with a shower in the corner of the room. Apart from free bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi internet access is also included. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning.

It is 50 metres to a big Kaufland supermarket with money exchange, a café, ATM etc. There is a pebbled beach 1000 metres away. The old town is an 800-metre walk or drive away. Restaurants and bars await you there. You can enjoy water sports by the beach and there is a tennis court 500 metres away.

Apart from the quality interior, a special feature is the privacy in this holiday accommodation. The owner does not live in this house, but is always available to assist with any queries.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war noch besser als auf den Fotos. Seit dem wir gebucht hatten wurde noch der gesamte Außenbereich weiter ausgebaut. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ist in einem sehr hochwertigem Zustand. Aus der Haustür herausgetreten sieht man auch schon den großen Kaufland und 50m weiter den noch größeren Konzum. Bis in das Zentrum sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bergab, zurück geht es dann aber leider wieder bergaufwärts, aber das ist in Makarska nun mal so. Da Nachts in Makarska der Bär stept ist ein gewisser Abstand zum Zentrum nicht verkehrt. Der einzige Nachteil ist die nähe zur Hauptstraße, so kann man nachts schlecht bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Alle Zimmer sind Klimatisiert, es stehen 4 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, es gab genügend Liegen am Pool, Sat Fernsehen und WLAN gab es natürlich auch. Die lieben Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend,so das wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. DANKE für den schönen Urlaub”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses und das Haus an sich war wirklich toll. Das Haus ist viel schöner als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Bei der Ausstattung ist wirklich ALLES vorhanden, die Besitzerin hat sich wirklich große Mühe geben, alles liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, es war sehr sehr sauber und die Betten super bequem. Der Pool ist sauber und schön. Die Aussicht super, man sieht auch auf das Meer. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb (20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum) dafür ruhig. Schräg gegenüber ist ein großer Supermarkt, perfekt um sich selbst zu versorgen.”

    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist einfach genial, vor allem auch für Jugendliche, da die Wohnung 15 Minute Gehweg von der Stadt entfernt ist. Einfach GENIAL! Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt (Fußweg 2 Minuten), bei dem es wirklich alles zu kaufen gibt. Das Haus ist einfach der Hammer, sehr viel Luxusartikel rundum. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe. Für dieses Haus ist der Preis völlig zu vertreten & ist sehr günstig! Das Haus ist sehr sauber!!! Keine Staubfussel, NICHTS!!”
